- If you pose a danger to yourself or others, we are obligated to take appropriate action to ensure safety.

- If subpoenaed by a court of law, we may be required to disclose specific information.

Informed Consent:

Fees and Payment:

Teletherapy/Online Therapy:

We offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer remote sessions. Details about the platform we use, technology requirements, and any unique considerations will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Therapist-Client Relationship:

The therapist-client relationship is professional, bound by ethical guidelines. We respect the client's rights and privacy and adhere to strict ethical standards, including the limits of confidentiality. Dual relationships, if they arise, will be handled with care and consideration.

Emergency Contact:

In case of an emergency or crisis outside of office hours, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. We do not provide 24/7 crisis services but will support you in finding appropriate help.

Termination of Services:

Our services may be terminated under specific circumstances, such as non-payment or inappropriate conduct. We will work with you to ensure a responsible and ethical conclusion to therapy.
